Sales Support

With ambitious company growth plans, this is a great opportunity to grow with us while we take the business to the next level. Continued growth has created the need for an experienced customer service administrator to provide our sales team and valued customers with excellent support.
The position will be office based from our UK HQ in Camberley, working with a dynamic and motivated team. This is a pivotal role at NGA UK, and you will be instrumental in supporting the Sales team to go above and beyond to deliver best-in-class customer service.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced customer service administrator used to working in a busy sales office environment ideally with a product manufacturer (Preference from the lighting/ electrical sector with experience of reading drawings). Whilst industry specific is preferred, it is not essential. More importantly, having the ability to learn new technical information quickly, and an excellent attention to detail is essential.
Duties will include take offs from architectural drawings, handling enquiries, preparing quotations, be responsible for follow up calls, order processing and liaising with a variety of customer groups. All the above will be using a CRM system.
